Hello Matthias,
we would need the diameter of the lens barrel in order that people can construct a CAD plan of the special lens cap or pinhole lenscap we are asking for in the competition. This would be all – No exact details of the exact lens that is in there, just the metrics to be able to create a lens cap.

soweit ist alles ok und aktuell, der Wettbewerb kommt gut an.
Was ich noch bräuchte wäre die Zeichnung, bzw. die Spezifikationen von der Linse die waren in dem ersten File noch nicht dabei. Ich habe das auch bei Dream nochmals nachgefragt.

ich habe gleich geschrieben, das wir nicht glücklich sind, dass die Competition jetzt so schnell live gegangen ist und ihm das jetzt auch nochmals gefeedbacked… Er hat gemeint:
“Sorry about pushing it live so soon but we were so excited!”
Sie machen jetzt alle unsere Änderungen und starten nächste Woche mit der Promotion, die sie vorher mit uns absprechen werden. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, dass wir auch gerne Promotion machen von unserer Seite wenn sie das bis zum Maximum pushen. Sie sind da sehr offen.
Copyrights werden auch nochmals so geändert wie gewünscht, generell versprechen wir aber nicht, dass wir ein Produkt produzieren dass bei Grabcad eingereicht wird.

I absolutely agree also with us first getting them to promote this, since they just set it live. And it would have been better to launch this after our first accessories, but now this is the situation we have
I will go through this again with Christian, and if they promote this in a nice way i would suggest:
- Joined PR to the interesting press in this area
- Talk again to 3D printer producers, perhaps this is something of interest for them then
- I would also add something that we have already certain concepts which have been prepared here internally and that these are independent from the outcome of the promotion (just to make sure that people are not unhappy once we launch an accessory)
- Newsletter promoting this so that we also push konstruktor sales before christmas
- Based on the submissions, we can always come up with in between magazine content

Heute müssen wir das nun alles regeln! (see below also Cats inputs, most important is the copyrigh issue, we need to be able to produce one of this ideas, and also need to be able to create our own further ideas without beeing somehow bound to these entries and people who think we might have copied their ideas)
Michi, bitte kümmere Dich mit Christian, daß das alles in Ordnung geht. Machen wir promotion für diesen Wettbewerb – bitte um Vorschläge!
Intern gesprochen: es ist eigentlich schon eine Frechheit, das einfach live zu setzen, und uns nun irgendwie damit dazu zu zwingen versuchen, das zu promoten und traffic auf deren Website zu locken (Christian, wie konnte es dazu kommen?). Wir müssen das sehr zurückhaltend bewerben, außer es bringt uns extrem viel.
Eine Lösung: ihnen sagen, ,wir machen einen NL an alle (+Facebook etc.)), wenn Sie uns DAVOR ein extrem starkes Marketing Paket mit ihrer Community schnüren (dedicated NL & Facebook etc. an ALL ihre 600.000 Kontakte!

We send over to Dream again in the morning.
1. Too bad that not after we launch first accessories.
2. I don't see any rule to protect us to use those idea, which needed to be add.
3. The link of existing accessories is not working.
4. The challenge only until 15 Nov, it is too short?
Anyway we can't stop it. And if we have enough protection for us. Seem to be fine.
As the launch of this event is overlapping the m3/4 launch, Ourselves should promotion sooner. (or pro-long the challenge)

a few weeks ago we were discussing about a 3D printing challange for Konstruktor accessories, and we need some 3D plans from Opal for it. Now we discussed a collaboration with Grabcat, and sudenly now they just started this competition (without our final ok, maybe a missunderstanding, but anyway not bad).
